How is CMD+K priced?
Beta special prices for the first 100 customers. CMD+K Widget billing is fully prepaid: every plan includes a monthly CMD+K Credits allowance (AI Adopter 1,500 / AI Pilot 6,000), and when it runs out you top up with prepaid credit packs — there is no metered overage and no surprise bill. Credits are transparent: each assistant reply costs the model's published coefficient per model run; tool-using replies run the model once per tool round. MyMCP Gateway: $9.99 per endpoint / month with request overage. Monetize module: $99/mo flat. Yearly billing saves ~20% on paid plans.

CMD+K Credits — the transparent price list
Credits are the single prepaid currency across the product. The rule is published and deterministic: credits per reply = model coefficient × model runs. No hidden weighting, no complexity scoring — the table below is rendered live from the same catalog billing uses.
| Model | Credits per model run |
|---|---|
| Loading… | |
A reply that uses tools or MCP actions runs the model once per tool round — each round is billed at the model's rate above and is visible in the conversation. Model choice directly affects credit usage.
Top-up packs: $10 → 500 · $25 → 1,300 · $50 → 2,750 · $100 → 6,000 credits (bigger packs carry a volume bonus). Purchased credits are valid 12 months; plan credits reset monthly.
Monetize module
Flat $99/month. Unlocks per-end-user attribution, billing-destination mapping, Stripe meter event forwarding, and the operator revenue dashboard. No commission on what you collect.
Spending caps
Every paid product surfaces a hard monthly spending cap on its billing tab. When the cap is hit we suspend usage rather than letting the bill grow — the same suspend mechanism backs payment-past-due and Command+K cap_action=block.

FAQ
- Do I need all three products?
- No. Each is independent. Start with the 14-day free trial, add the others when you need them.
- What happens when my plan credits run out?
- Usage draws from your prepaid CMD+K Credits wallet. When both are empty, the assistant pauses for end users until you buy a credit pack ($10→500 up to $100→6,000 credits) or upgrade. You never receive a usage bill after the fact.
- What exactly is one credit?
- One credit covers one run of a 1-coefficient model (e.g. the default Gemini Flash). Heavier models have higher published coefficients (e.g. Claude Opus 4.8 = 6 credits/run). A reply that uses tools/MCP runs the model once per tool round, so it costs coefficient × rounds. The full per-model table is on this page and never changes silently.
- Do plan credits roll over?
- Plan-included credits reset each billing period (like every SaaS quota). Purchased top-up credits stay valid for 12 months.
- Do you take a cut of what I charge end-users?
- No commission. Monetize is a flat $99/mo to enable the reselling layer; what you collect from end-users is yours.
- How much is yearly billing?
- AI Adopter is $279/yr (vs $29/mo) and AI Pilot is $950/yr (vs $99/mo), about 20% less than paying monthly. These are the exact yearly prices; there is no other yearly rate.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions cancel at period end; you keep access until then. The trial has no commitment.
- Is there a refund if it isn't a fit?
- Your first paid invoice on a workspace is refundable in full within 7 days, no reason required — one refund per customer. It covers that first subscription charge only: credit packs bought separately, renewals and later invoices are not covered. Outside that window, and except where the law requires otherwise, payments and unused credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline or claw back a refund where usage in the refund period materially exceeds the plan's stated limits, indicates automated or abusive consumption, or is requested repeatedly across workspaces. Full wording is in the terms of service.
