Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new workspace starts a 14-day free trial — one widget, 150 credits/month, one website scrape. We only ask for a card when you upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days your assistant pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your widgets, knowledge and settings are all waiting when you upgrade.
How does cost scale with adoption?
Your plan price is fixed and everything else is prepaid. Each plan includes monthly CMD+K Credits (1,500 on Adopter, 6,000 on Pilot); when they run out you top up with credit packs — there is no metered overage and no invoice surprise, ever. Each reply costs the model's published coefficient per run; heavier models and tool-using replies use more.
How does Monetize turn CMD+K into revenue?
Connect your own Stripe account. Every tool call and every token is forwarded as a Stripe meter event with your margin built in. You set the markup, you own the customer, we never touch the funds.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the billing page. Pro-rated automatically. Annual plans get ~20% off.
Do you offer SOC 2 / SSO / whitelabel?
