Cancellation, refunds and support — in plain words

The short answer

Your first paid invoice on a Command+K workspace is refundable in full for 7 days, no reason required. You can cancel yourself at any time from billing settings; the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing is charged after that. Purchased credit packs stay valid for 12 months.

This page exists because the most common complaints in our category are not about answer quality. They are about charges appearing after cancellation, refunds that need a chargeback threat, and support that takes weeks to reply — documented repeatedly in published reviews of competing tools. So here is exactly what we do, in advance.

Cancel without talking to anyone

Cancellation is a button in billing settings. There is no retention call, no email you have to send, and no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. Starting again later is just as self-serve.

No metered overage, ever

Every plan is prepaid. You cannot accumulate a bill you did not approve: when the included credits are spent you either buy a top-up pack or upgrade, both deliberately. A low-balance warning fires while 250 credits remain so the decision is never a surprise.

Your first payment is refundable for 7 days

If Command+K is not what you expected, ask within 7 days of your first paid invoice on a workspace and we refund it in full — no reason required, no retention call. It covers that first subscription charge; credit packs bought separately, renewals and later invoices are not covered, and it is one refund per customer. We reserve the right to decline a refund where usage in that window materially exceeds the plan's limits or looks automated — the full wording is in the terms.

Credits you bought stay yours for 12 months

Plan-included credits reset each billing period, the way every SaaS quota does. Credits you paid for in a top-up pack are valid for 12 months and are not voided when you change plans. Outside the 7-day first-payment window, unused credits are not refundable for cash — stated in the terms rather than discovered at the end.

The trial takes no card

The 14-day trial does not ask for payment details, so there is nothing to forget to cancel. You add a card when you decide to pay, not before.

Support is the people who wrote the code

There is no tier-one queue. Questions go to the team that builds Command+K, with a target first reply inside one business day on every plan — including the trial. If a customer-facing assistant is down, say so in the first line and it jumps the queue.

We correct our own comparison pages

Our comparison and alternatives pages cite public sources for every competitor claim. Vendors change pricing constantly; if something we publish about your product is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and say when we did.

The binding version of all of this is the terms of service. Where this page and the terms differ, the terms win — and if you spot a difference, tell us, because it means one of them is wrong. The full billing mechanics are on the predictable pricing page.
